Benefits of Reiki, Shamanism, Healing Touch

 Shamanic Healing: Restoring Harmony and Wholeness


Shamanic work is about realigning energies to bring harmony within the person, reconnecting them with themselves, their community, and restoring their relationship with the spirit world. Through this, the shaman helps the individual return to a state of balance, well-being, and spiritual connection.


Shamanic healing is a sacred practice that involves two fundamental phases:


  1. Insightful Diagnosis: The first step is identifying the seen and unseen energies at the root of an individual’s challenge. This requires the shaman to intuitively and energetically understand the deeper causes that may be affecting the person’s well-being.
  2. Energetic Transformation: The shaman then performs specific energy work to restore balance. This may involve removing energies that don’t belong or recovering lost energies that are vital to the individual’s soul. A key aspect of this healing is soul retrieval, a process that reunites lost parts of the soul, restoring wholeness and vitality.


In traditional shamanic cultures, the healing process is supported by a community/support system that nurtures the individual’s integration, providing time and space to adjust to the shift in inner energies. In our contemporary world, however, the shaman and the client must co-create this supportive structure, helping the individual process and integrate the healing over time.
